You may think that you are hearing "On Top of Old Smoky" as background music - wrong!! It's either "On Top of Three Five Five" or "On Top of Old Kelly" or "On Top of (insert the name given to some other hill in Korea)". All of those tunes have the same notes but much different lyrics - lyrics which were not meant for civilian ears and, therefore, are not quoted here. MK.
