Sounding the "Ceasefire"

Hi Merv,
I received the photo this morning from J. Bates (first name unknown) and sadly it is not the best of photos. I'm not sure what I was expecting. This however does not detract from the fact that these lads on the photograph DID sound the Korean Ceasefire on Hill 210 in 1953.
I have scanned also the reverse of the pic which gives the blokes names (the abbrev. stands for Drummer).

Also I have scanned his letter which is of some interest and I shall attach that also. Jonesy
